Minds are engaged with full of creative ideas in the field of reading, writing, speaking, listening of a new subject or language and while making sense of experience during the time. It has been argued that all thinking is not considered to be a same quality[1]. The literature frequently represent the creative person deliver the highly imaginative, impulsive, emotional, a source of unusual ideas but may be considered as less significant in everyday reality. However, the functions of creativity and critically can be sense together because creativity originates the thoughtful ideas whereas critically assess fault finding, the volume of emotion and the power of imagination. Thesis Statement Thoughts of creatively and criticality is the phase where creatively masters the process of making or developing, and simultaneously its critically been assessed or judged. The scope of the discussion will evaluate the interrelation between the elements of creativity and criticality is the people though process. Throughout the discussion the essay will explore the intellectual acts of the mind or those of the most imaginative quality of thinker, the creative and sensitive sides of human elements. Discussion: The generative power (creativity) and its prudence (criticality) can be segregated only artificially. In this process of actual thought, they are one. The generative and the productive creative mind help to make plan, strategy or tactics with the enough judiciousness, judgmental approach. In other words, a system of consistency, accuracy, and relevancy must be required for developing the creative thinking approach. Creative thinking refers using imagination to finding a solution for accomplishing the learning task[2]. High quality thinking definitely follows the purpose of the assignment. If it is aimless, the creative function of mind needs to emphasize more on the personal thinking attributes. However, individual frequently have trouble in focused thinking. In this situation of the importance of critically and sensitive approach of learning minds is desirable. Creative thinking elaborates a relaxed and flexible approach [3]. However, it is contradictory that the structural practice and certainty need not to be followed by individual while developing the creative thinking. It is bound to be innovative and flexible which are needs to be inclined with the purpose of the task. Therefore, an individual needs to take some risk as there is a high possibility that minds may be distracted or make mistakes or not to address the proper findings. Therefore, the approach of creative thinking skills needs to be practiced by engaging in reflection, allowing persons to make wild and innovative suggestions along with maintaining the sensitiveness. Thus critical approach in thinking process is necessary for excelling the creative mind of the practitioners. Critical thinking can be defined as the reflective thinking approach in consideration of what to believe or do [4]. This is indeed difficult to act maintaining rationality and objectivity for all the time. The criticality in thinking process enables us to perceive a wide range of subjective analyses of otherwise aimed data, along with evaluation of how well each analysis might accomplish the needs [5]. To meet any challenges end, it is important to follow condition including models, principles, standards, or tests. However, such conditions or criteria must be applied by maintaining the judiciousness. One must continually monitor and access how thinking is going to be shaped up, whether it is on a right track or adequate enough to accomplish the purpose of the tasks or assignment. This has been stated by researchers that minds need to be focused; otherwise energy and drive are considerable low [6]. On the contrary, when the process of thinking takes on a challenging task, the mind mus t function actively. Here the active participation of the intellectual labor needs to be implemented by evaluating the sensitiveness and the critical approach of thinking process of an individual. In the academic writing and research, the individualistic, innovative and distinct thinking needs to be implemented while initiating the creative thinking approach maintaining the criticality in the task. Here the issue of plagiarism needs to be avoided in the academic studies. The unfavorable practice of plagiarism can reduce the level of privacy and thus it is a major obstruction of the creativeness in individual thinking approach. Conclusion: This has been found from the above discussion that the foundation of the critical thinking is all about ideas maintaining relevancy, accuracy, depth purpose understanding and significance of the task. Critical thinkers must display the skeptical and active nature of mind in developing new ideas.
